DugoutCall does not sell, rent or trade personal information. We do not show third-party ads.

What we collect

• Account details: email address and the display name you choose.
• Team details: team names, join codes, rosters, jersey numbers and pitcher names entered by coaches.
• Game data: pitch calls, results, acknowledgments and game summaries.
• Device details needed to deliver calls, such as notification subscriptions.
• Billing details are handled by our payment processor; we do not store card numbers.

Youth players

DugoutCall may be used by youth players on teams managed by adult coaches. We collect only what is needed to deliver calls. Players under 13 should use DugoutCall only with a parent's or guardian's permission, and coaches should avoid entering more personal information about minors than a first name and jersey number. Parents may contact us to review or delete a child's information.

How we use information

To run the service: sign-in, delivering calls, showing stats to your team, billing and support.

Who can see it

Team data is visible only to members of that team. Coaches can delete teams and games at any time.
